Claudia Ritter is an executive and leadership coach, facilitator and consultant headquartered in Brussels. Being cross-cultural through her education, upbringing and career, her expertise lies in delivering a uniquely holistic approach to all aspects of cross-cultural orientation, strategic communications, and leadership development training to international public organisations, governments, the corporate, and the non-profit sector. Her interventions are practice-based and anchored in the reality of international organisations. At the same time, they are informed by research disciplines including anthropology, positive psychology, brain functioning, cultural intelligence, and emotional competence.
Claudia’s career has encompassed strategic communications and organisational development. She started out as a journalist accredited with the EU institutions in Brussels before moving on to serve in senior leadership positions at the European Commission and in other European organisations for twenty years, working as a lobbyist, and policy and communications strategist, running international projects, and managing culturally highly diverse teams.
Claudia holds academic credentials from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and Boston University. She works in English, French, German and Dutch. She is a proficient speaker of Italian and Spanish.
Claudia has dual nationality and is fluent in six European languages.

Sunniva Heggertveit Aoudia is a consultant, trainer, mentor, and ICF-certified coach (CPPC, ACC). She is the founder of NORSUN Diversity and Cross-Culture Consulting, a company specialising in supporting businesses as they increase organisational performance through focus on inclusion and a better understanding of working across different national cultures.
A Diversity & Inclusion specialist and an engaged interculturist, Sunniva has strategic and operational experience in HR and D&I at the corporate and the business level. Sunniva designs and delivers tailored coaching and training on communication across cultures, empowering women in multi-cultural organisational and business settings, and recruiting international talent. She works with international organisations across Europe, and coaches clients on three world continents.
Sunniva is a Norwegian national today settled in France after having lived and worked in several countries and on two continents. She is fluent in Norwegian, English and French.

Andrea Maiweg, founder of MaiValueConsulting, is a truly diverse senior consultant with more than 20 years experience in organizational development, human resources, and cross-cultural business development. She works with entrepreneurs, executives and managers in multinational organizations in Europe as well as ‘on the ground’ in Tunisia. Being passionate about multicultural environments she capitalizes on her vast experience in diversity management as a truly powerful balanced leadership and human resources instrument. Prior to founding MaiValueConsulting, Andrea has worked as Vice President for Global Diversity Germany at Deutsche Bank AG, specializing on gender issues and demographic change. She has also been a senior consultant at Hay Group for 10 years, developing the French Swiss market.
She has earned a Masters of Law at Ruprecht-Karls University Heidelberg and a postgraduate Masters degree in European Law at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, LLM.
Andrea is a German national, born and raised in Venezuela. She currently shares her time between Tunisia and Germany after having lived and worked in New York, Barcelona, and Hong Kong. Being cross-cultural through her upbringing, education, professional background and present life, she is absolutely fluent in German, Spanish, English and French.
SLADJA MILOSEVIK
Certified coach, trainer in coaching skills, and coordinator of mentoring programmes
Sladja Milosevik is a certified coach, trainer in coaching skills, and coordinator of mentoring programmes with over a decade’s experience in her profession. She designs and delivers coaching trainings in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in Slovenia (EU). Sladja also works as a trainer for EU businesses on a broad range of topics.
Sladja has authored the first Serbian publication on coaching, which has been sold in all countries of ex-Yugoslavia. She was also the first European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Accreditation Manager for Europe. In addition to being accredited by the EMCC, Sladja holds an EIA at Practitioner’s Level (European Individual Accreditation). She is also an off-campus tutor at Heriot-Watt University for programmes in Belgrade, Serbia.
Slađja speaks Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Montenegrin, and conversational Spanish., She is currently learning Russian.

Deepa Natarajan, founder of RShore, is a global strategic consultant and ICF-certified coach (CPPC, ACC) facilitating interpersonal relationships, work dynamics, and international relationships. She works with executives and managers in multinational organisations through different stages to defining strategies and building teams with high operational efficiency in their projects with India.
Deepa capitalises on her vast experience building specialised intercultural training programmes on working with India. Having worked with Americans, Canadians, French, British and Japanese she sees India, and the continent’s complexities, through your eyes. Prior to creating RShore, she has managed international teams, projects and budgets with various countries and is at ease in multicultural environments.
Deepa is an Indian national today settled in France after having lived and worked in India for many years. She is fluent in English, French and Hindi.
ANA OLIVIERO PINTO
Ana Oliveiro Pinto has twenty years experience working with organisations on change and organisational & talent development projects. She operates internationally across a wide range of sectors: IT, Finance, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Manufacturing, Consultancy, Telecommunications, Retail, the Portuguese Government Administration, Culture and Education. She is also a professional certified coach supporting middle and senior managers in leadership and career transitions. Being passionate about the development of high potential women and women in middle/senior management, Ana supports them as they advance to top leadership roles. In addition to coaching women, she works at an organisational level on leadership programmes designed to strengthen women’s careers.
In her corporate career, Ana has worked as senior consultant for multinational consultancy firms. She holds a Degree in History from Universidade Clássica de Lisboa and has been professionally trained in the fields of management, behavioural change, leadership skills, self-development, coaching and mentoring.

ISABEL CORTINA

Isabel Cortina is a consultant in human rights, gender equality, and election observation, with over ten years experience at national member state and EU institutional level. Her role at Cleverland is twofold. First, Isabel acts as an advisor to European organizations, supporting them in the development of political and strategic communications. Second, she is Secretary-General of the Sofia Foundation, a Brussels-based non-profit organization co-founded by Cleverland, which advocates balanced leadership. As a member of the senior management team, she runs the top-ranked EU project ACCELERATE!, operating with an international network of senior representatives of the EU and the United Nations, influential business leaders, entrepreneurs, academic experts, and journalists, which spans across seven EU member states.
Isabel’s expertise encompasses EU affairs and strategic communications . She is passionate about gender equality, balanced leadership, human rights, and sustainable corporate governance. She is skilled at international team and stakeholder management. And she has solid experience in drafting project proposals, running international projects across various countries, and organizing events.
Academic credentials are important to Isabel. She has earned hers in International Relations and Sociology. A proficient communicator, she is fluent in Spanish, English and French, in addition to having strong analytical and creative thinking skills. Marie-Laurence is the Founder of ‘Active Transitions Consultancy’ specialized in organizational and individual Transition & Change Management. As trainer and coach, she has extensive experience working in international organisational development, in a variety of public and private sectors. In particular, she helps clients adapt management of self and others to improve both well-being and effectiveness in their industries esp. in times of change. Her ambition is to integrate strategic decisions and learning experiences in a positive, holistic approach of growth.
Marie-Laurence is a Certified Organizational Transition Management© Trainer (Bridges/linkage), a Certified Practioner in Neurobehavioural development© (INC) and holds an MBA in Leadership & Change Management (UBI). Prior to founding her company, she served as business developer, sales and key account manager in the fields of OD and strategic communications’ solutions, mainly for the EU Institutions and international bodies.
