Claudia Ritter is an executive and leadership coach, facilitator and consultant headquartered in Brussels. Being cross-cultural through her education, upbringing and career, her expertise lies in delivering a uniquely holistic approach to all aspects of cross-cultural orientation, strategic communications, and leadership development training to international public organisations, governments, the corporate, and the non-profit sector. Sladja Milosevik is a certified coach, trainer in coaching skills, and coordinator of mentoring programmes with over a decade’s experience in her profession. She designs and delivers coaching trainings in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in Slovenia (EU). Sladja also works as a trainer for EU businesses on a broad range of topics.
Sladja has authored the first Serbian publication on coaching, which has been sold in all countries of ex-Yugoslavia. She was also the first European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Accreditation Manager for Europe. In addition to being accredited by the EMCC, Sladja holds an EIA at Practitioner’s Level (European Individual Accreditation).
